  Reporting to the PMO & Digital Solutions Senior Manager, as Digital Project Manager, my main activities are: - Identify business and digital requirements and deliver the needed input to design the digital roadmap, functional design and project plans- Establish and maintain proactively strong relationships with the business responsible, guaranteeing the digital solutions knowledge and continuous process improvements- Guide the design of the business cases, defying the stakeholder objectives, assumptions, and scope and detailing tangible and intangible costs and benefits - Perform scouting and introduction of new innovative solutions in the digital processes, identifying the most suitable to be applied in the reality of the luxury sector- Project manager for everything that concerns the realization of innovative projects in collaboration with Brand and Digital Studio, D-Commerce, D-Marketing, Brand Experience, CRM, IT, Store Ops, Corporate and HR- Adapt journeys to the unique values of the company taking into consideration the different geographical realities, modelling services according to local specificities and the various customer needs- Manage both the experimental phase and the roll-out of a solution supervising the different stages of the project- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, to identify areas of improvement and/or integrate the solution with new aspects and the related reporting
