In-person for multiple California facilities, remote for all other locations and time zones including but not limited to Texas and Tokyo.Fast paced environment where many items are needed "yesterday", and work/demand peaks as new factories open, departments relocate, and existing processes and equipment improve. Ability to take in copious amounts of information, analyzing information and coming up with informed solution while managing multiple projects is crucial.Great exercise in brand application, with a global brand that is modern, sleek and where successfully applying the brand to projects at scale can be deceptively simple.

In April 2016, I joined Shannon Leigh, as a Junior Designer. During my early career at Shannon Leigh I was responsible for a lot of the administrative duties around the office but was also 1 of 3 Designers and as such I got to work on almost every project that came through our doors. In this fast pace environment, retaining and applying information to the relevant projects was key. Being involved with so many projects allowed me to see the different roles I could take on within projects and provided an excellent opportunity to learn. I invested significantly in furthering my skills and my career throughout my employment, and continue to do so). I was promoted in 2018 and played a big part in maintaining the company running full steam ahead from then until my departure.My responsibilities throughout the years have included but have not been limited to:Conceptual Design, Technical Design, General IT, Signage Installation, Signage Removal, Branded Environments, Branding, Office Admin, Strategic Planning, Strategic Adoption of new software and hardware, Process Optimization, Intern Program development and execution, Employee engagement & Training, Vetting of New Hires and contractors.
