Transformation Corporate Area. Operational Communications.- Integral end-2-end execution of all international operational communication tasks for MAPFRE's Technology, Digital Business, Operations and Security Corporate Areas worldwide; through the integral management of the corporate intranet.- Creation and design of multimedia content, video-audio editing, graphic image design, infographics, etc.- Multilingual voice-over, transcription and translation. Storytelling.- Co-founder and "voice" of the corporate podcast 'Plug&Play'. Conducting and recording interviews, event and conference management, tech-talks, etc.- Interlocution with the main stakeholders (C-suite) for the definition of the communication strategy.- Team management.

Transformation Corporate Area. Strategic Planning of the Corporate Digital Business Strategy.- Definition of the Strategic Plan (Internal/External Analysis, strategic thinking, definition and design of the Balanced Scorecard).- Strategy design and KPIs monitoring.- Project management and evolution analysis through the Global Corporate Dashboard.- Integration of metrics with strategic objectives. Management of strategic planning tools: BSC, Clarity, Power BI.- Relationship with Sponsors (Top managers and C-suite) giving support in the definition, monitoring and reporting of KPIs.- Follow-up of strategic plans; making first level presentations and strategy workshops.- Coordination of meeting with Corporate C-suite.

Security Corporate Area.- Definition and design of operational and control procedures for the implementation of NC strategies worldwide.- Security risk management, following Group guidelines to ensure proper implementation, control and compliance.- Conducting international and multilingual on-site/online training sessions. Design and implementation of training and awareness-raising in numerous MAPFRE Group entities around the world: Turkey, Ecuador, Miami, Paraguay, Milan, Malta, Berlin, etc.- Planning, management of international Business Continuity projects and programs, business impact analysis (BIA) and strategy design.- Management of multidisciplinary teams, both local (Spain) and international.

International Internal Audit Service.- Financial and process auditing. Review, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of controls and procedures to be followed.- Preparation and issuance of internal audit reports and implementation of derived action plans.- Review and verification of the correct adequacy of the existing internal controls required by the MAPFRE Group Regulations.- On-site audits in several MAPFRE Group companies (China, Bahrain, Argentina, Belgium, France, Ecuador, etc.).

Accountancy & Finance Division.- Identification and recruitment of professionals at executive and managing level.- Advice and support to Financial Areas in terms of Human Capital.

Financial Department.- Analysis and development of balance sheets, performance statements (P&L), cost analytical allocation, monitoring of forecasts, budgets, etc. - Relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.

Internship in the Internal Audit and Internal Control Area.- Collaboration and support in all audit and risk control tasks, with special focus on the implementation and adaptation of all the Company's regulations under Sarbanes-Oaxley (SOX).
