We have created a process that allows the home owner to have a sophisticated written dialog with their banks in order to have their loan disputed, audited or possibly litigated.It is estimated that since 2001, 80% of loans have RESPA, TILA or Predatory Lending violations. Also, per a CNN report, 40% of loans cannot produce the original promissory note, because it has been lost or destroyed.Our goal is to help homeowners who are having problems making their mortgage payments, are upside down in value, their banks are not working with them, they are in the beginning of the foreclosure process and want to keep their home by negotiating terms that make long term sense.
