• Planned and organized all Society donor materials for different scholarships, Bursaries and most notably the Emergency student grants fund in partnership with colleagues at UFV• Managed the day-to-day affairs of the Society while ensuring the efficiency of our financial systems as well as the general operations of our on-campus pub• Recruited 5 full-time office staff and 20 pub staff including the manager• Conducted employee reviews of all staff annually• Authored the Society’s last 3 fiscal year budgets each representing $600,000.00 dollars operating and $4,000,000.00 in total funds• Planned and organized bi-annual Society retreats in conjunction with the Communications Administrator for the orientation of new directors• Conducted negotiations for the Society’s chief 3 projects: The Student Union Building, Health and Dental plan and the Universal Bus Pass program• Lead Society’s efforts on revenue generation, design, procurement and schedule management in regards to a $15,000,000.00 building project• Served as contract executor on all of the Society’s legal obligations• Administered payroll for all of the Society’s employees
