- Supporting CBL operations, such as assembly line, fabrication, painting and related areas in getting good parts for production through collaboration with Caterpillar suppliers;- Leading prompt implementation of ICA/PCA incurred from supplied non-conform components (fasteners, cabs, engines, power train, etc.) identified in CBL production processes, with the purpose of containing and improving supplier manufacturing processes, as a result, avoiding recurrent issues;- Providing warehouse and in-transit parts containment action through IQA;- Communicating and negotiating rework activity of non-conform parts with CBL areas as well as external suppliers, which in turn, have been supplied by Caterpillar suppliers, in order to provide the best cost-benefit;- Leading exportation of non-conform components to other Caterpillar facilities responsible for leading analysis of the failed part in CBL, in order to contribute to the thorough understanding of the issue.

Main Activities: - Support Incoming Quality Audit area;- Data analysis for spreadsheet and dashboards;- Translation of Non-conformance report;- Provide support for external supplier return parts processes;- Support External & Internal audit process;- Provide continuous Improvement for IQA area;

Main Activities:- Painting inspection on tractors Parts (Mainframes, Attachments, Supporting parts);- Quality methodology support related to BIQ implementation (Built In Quality);- Support to non-conformance Quality's project;- Reduce Defects Per Unit (DPU) on Painting parts;

Main Activities:- Factory support related to measurement equipments;- Calibration and validation of the measurement equipments as well as cleaning and maintenance;- Incoming equipment management;

Main Activities:- Development of Devices and Projects assisted by manufacturing software (SolidWorks);- Construction and electrical installations helper;- Electrical solutions and maintenance;

Main Activities:- Computer Numerical Control (CNC) support related to machining tools;- Machining tools control, cleaning and maintenance;- Check-ins of the machining tools' attachments stock;
