CurrentCo-founded Xpedited Transport in 2013 and began managing the business in May of 2016. Since its inception, I have taken responsibility of the following: Business Processes and Structure● Budgeting, financial forecasting, book-keeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, marketing, recruiting, hiring, firing, sales, operations, web design, information technology, Inventory control, social media development. ● Successfully created driver incentive programs, office personnel sales commission programs, safety evaluation, standard operating procedures, and daily schedules. Leadership● Successfully led a team of 13 company employees. Took charge of establishing business operation processes as well as training, delegating and supervising employees. Lean-Six Sigma ● Since taking over the management of the business, I have continuously set to analyze and improve business processes in order to reduce inefficiencies and attain an optimal stream flow of operations in every aspect of the business. Financial● Started the business with -75% equity and grew it to 80% positive equity. Monthly Cash Flows averaging $130,134. Grew the business a total of +964.28% in terms of revenue. Customer service● Successfully quoted RFPs, negotiated and won business contracts with two national corporations while simultaneously working in the spot market for 3PL’s such as CH Robinson, TQL, Fullen Transportation and freight forwarders. I have attended to our two customer contracts for over three years, always ensuring their needs were met while simultaneously acquiring new business.
