- Successfully led simultaneous on-site installations of HVAC systems in Los Azufres 25 MW geothermal plant, Yazbek corporate offices, Grupo Gondi Piedras Negras plant and CISEN data centers with new energy saving technologies and associated teams, ensuring security, quality, and compliance of all procedures and specifications in project terms and engaging with all levels of stakeholders, from high-level government officials and regulators to floor workmen; project budgets totaling US$1.7 million. - Introduced a new energy-saving technology into Mexico’s HVAC industry, which involved identifying the market opportunity and designing the sales strategy, achieving sales of US$400k.

- Improved forecast accuracy from 25% at the pilot stage to 68% at scale-up in the Latam Region for a multinational fragrance and flavor company, through deep analysis, market knowledge, effective communication, engagement of commercial directors, and orchestrated teamwork with Purchasing, Production, Commercial and Marketing areas, leading to financial savings for the company.- Broke down communication silos between areas, and guided top management in taking sounder decisions. Tailored advising to top management to guide commercial decisions based on the full business panorama.
