Responsible for Availability and Reliability of Transmission, Distribution and Solar Power Plant assets. Major responsibilities includes:- Lead a team of reliability engineers to support the Total Life Cycle of Transmission, Distribution and Solar Power Plant Assets- Manage and lead the implementation of Health Index in substations assets and Transmission Lines- Manage the condition monitoring of Solar Photovoltaic Systems, substations assets and Transmission Lines- Manage and lead the implementation of the asset effectiveness program- Maintain the Reliability of assets using Root Cause Analysis and Forensic Engineering- Manage and lead the implementation of Risk-Based Maintenance- Determine the Probability of Failure of Assets- Determine the RAMS of Assets- Lead the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (SAIDI, SAIFI, MTBF, MTTR Ai, Risk Index, Health Index)- Lead development of RBD models and methods to evaluate Reliability and Availability of new projects (Substations, Solar Power plants)- Support effort to improve data collection and databases for effective and efficient analysis

- Lead a team of engineers to support the accuracy of energy meters and measurement transformers- Manage the test of energy meters and Instrument Transformers of CELSIA fleet- Estimate the expanded uncertainty of measurement- Lead the ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation
