Oversee operations for 2 major accounts (AU and NZ) for a total of 60 +++ FTEs Monitor day-to-day activities for an end-to-end process which includes customer service, operations, customs, and cartage;Provide guidance to the team based on managementdirection and the client’s-direction; Manage calls /other communications with the client and build rapport with key client contacts;Lead and motivate team leads and ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback;Develop high potentials within the team through coaching and counselling;Effectively implement rewards/recognition, appraisal, and incentive programs; Create cross-functional teams to encourage team building

Lead a team of 25 +++ process specialists (compilers) and auditors to meet 48 TAT of import declaration lodgement of one the leading freight forwarding and logistics companies worldwideCommunicate team status, tasks accomplishment, and direction (Oversee and monitor day-to-day operations)Provides status of reporting to clientServes as a focal point to communicate and resolve issuesEscalate issues which cannot resolve by the teamProvide guidance to the team based on management direction and the client’s directionDevelop an action plan that the team will use to reach their goalsLead and facilitate constructive communication (problem-solving and collaboration)Discover Training needs and provide coaching and mentoringFocus the team on the tasks at hand or the client’s requirements.
