Current* Process account update requests, address client inquiries, and efficiently manage daily operations, showcasing strong problem-solving and communication skills* Open and operate various account types, including individual, corporate, trust, issuer, and retirement accounts, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills* Prepare comprehensive account packets for Prime Brokerage and Portfolio Margin Accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedural guidelines* Identify and report account discrepancies to management and relevant departments, proactively resolving issues to maintain operational efficiency
