I have taken on the role of DevOps spokesperson at the company, focusing on organizing activities aimed at promoting the DevOps culture and methodology. To achieve this, the DevOps Community was created at Telefónica Argentina, where we have established various ceremonies, such as workshops, partner talks, and virtual meetings. In these spaces, members from all areas of the DevOps cycle participate, sharing presentations on various topics to enhance our DevOps maturity and strengthen communication. The main goal of this community is to break down silos within the IT department.Additionally, through this community, we organize an annual in-person event called the "Telefónica DevOps Community Gathering." The purpose of this event is to come together to discuss DevOps, evaluate our performance over the year, and assess the impact we have had on the company. Several partners participate in this event, informing us about future trends in DevOps and AI, and internal Telefónica teams present their annual achievements and successes.Since its inception, I have led the organization of this event, overseeing all aspects, from souvenirs to catering, coordinating the agenda, inviting partners and internal teams, and acting as the event host. The event includes the participation of 150 people in person and over 500 virtual attendees.Furthermore, I am the Product Owner of the Integration cell of the COE DevOps Hispam, whose goal is to foster DevOps culture and communication across all Telefónica Hispam operations (Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, and Mexico). I manage virtual events where partners and internal teams give talks, and I also organize large-scale events such as DevOps Days Hispam. Additionally, the DevSecOps Hispam Academy was created to share unified guidelines across all operations in the region.

Since march 2019 I assumed a DevOps consultant role alongside the previous responsabilities, in this role my main focus was to provide a close support to the agile squads regarding DevOps culture, also was the main bridge of communication between them and operations, mostly associated with issues and/or improvements.Some of my tasks where:Jira and BMC Remedy Management.GitLab ABM administration .Micro Service creation in Gitlab and Openshift.N1/N2 (and sometimes N3 depending on the issue) support towards the agile squads.User management creation (Following the process with the proper departments)Creation and presentation of documentation regarding DevOps tools.

Rolled back to my previous activity as Application Support but with a more responsible rol, I'm in charge of the following:Testing Tools such as QTP, QC, UFT, ALM, Sprinter and LoadRunner.HP Service VirtualizationHP support and improvements managementMasking data app K2VIEWAt this moment i'm currently working as a focal point with HP to migrate from QC to ALM; in K2View to mask the data from prod so it can be used in lower environments; starting a new automation proyect with UFT and helping with the virtualization of several services with the HP Virtualization Services tool, all these tasks require multiple departments involvement to which i'm negotiating with.

Besides the environment related task I also got involved with the Data Warehouse team in a data package deployment role.
