In the course of my professional career, I have travelled to numerous countries, where I have provided legal advice to several institutions, such as the Banque Paribas, the Caisse Nationale du Crédit Agricole and the Société Générale de Banque de Belgique. For seventeen years I have held the position of Managing Partner of Maluquer Advocats, a boutique law firm dedicated chiefly to the business world and offering services in the areas of consultancy, legal counsel, litigation, arbitration and mediation.
