• Telephone answering and screening of calls• Assistance in working out quotations for clients• Services sourcing and booking• Customer Services• Handling customer queries regarding everything about the service provided.• Marketing and Advertising for the company

Duties: • Merchandising• Check Stock Availability and raise any issues• Handling customer queries• Customer Service• Sales budgets, achieve profit margins and meeting Whirlpool sales targets• Supporting and helping colleagues with their work and getting behind company initiatives as and when they arise.• Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers• Organizing daily tasks relating to replenishment, cleaning, ticketing and associated paperwork.• Ensuring all paperwork relating to replenishment, invoices and transfers are completed and returned within the given timescales• Demonstrating flexibility in order to meet store needs and special events e.g.: sales, peak trading periods, floor moves• Completing the online dataflow checklist with all information and red flag issues.
