- Reasons for policies cancellations Project: participation in the development of the program to determine the differents patterns of customers policies cancellations.- Creation, updating and automation of a large variety of reports and scorecards used by senior management and staff, among which highlight: report of policies failures, follow-up of campaigns carried out, analysis of balances and retained policies, actions carried out, among others.- Development of a Client Score and creation of a strategic retention plan and campaigns.- Support to Marketing Department for the segmentation of clients in order to generate proactive actions and campaigns of marketing and loyalty.
