Throughout my life, there have always been two great passions: football and technology. My academic journey reflects just that, as I initially pursued my passion for technology with a master's degree in Engineering and Information Systems Management at the University of Minho. However, there was a lingering feeling that something was missing in this path. Football was the missing piece of the puzzle. The final step was completing the master's program in Big Data Applied to Football at the Sports Data Campus.Having finally completed the puzzle, my journey with Sporting Clube de Braga as a Data Analyst began in August 2022. Since then, I've experienced a significant learning curve filled with numerous challenges, victories and goals. In my role as a Data Analyst, I focused on generating insights through data, providing crucial information to other departments for decision-making moments. As the club grew, the department needed to expand, leading to the introduction of new members to the team. Consequently, I transitioned from Data Analyst to Data Manager, now responsible for overseeing the department and ensuring that all requests are properly fulfilled.
