Designed and developed an enterprise-grade custom email publishing system as a Marketing self-serve tool to drive efficiency and productivity for the Agency. Implemented component based design templates and modules which incorporated responsive design email standards using dynamic code to drive extensibility and automated delivery. The implementation of the tool has driven Creative & Marketing Campaign efficiency to company all time highs. Architected localization tooling for global email delivery, which localizes email from a base language to 18 other markets through a self service tool - a savings of.5,000+ hours. This tooling helped to successfully deliver 14B emails in 2019 and grown since then. Developed and built a custom Digital Asset Management System (DAM) to support the administration and delivery of personalized assets and content. Developed custom Photoshop app which localizes creative assets for 18 languages, saving 4200 production hours annually. Architected the integrations of all three systems and developed both back end and front end UIs to support 40+ global business partners. Implemented automated image creation of Google product listing ads with better defined photography. The 8 hour test and roll out resulted in a $6M revenue increase across our first test product.Most recently developed an enterprise localization architecture using multiple cloud based platforms being leveraged by over 80 international associates using a custom build Adobe Photoshop application developed in UXP. The workflow accommodates localization of both product and marketing assets for 18 locales through the use of a centralized database storage via Airtable and localization workflow platform (Memsource). This custom application drives scale and accuracy of output assets with embedded metadata at a global scale, cutting overhead by 50%+ beyond standard, manual processes of asset localization.
