- Plans and executes the foundation’s communications plan: Outlines strategy and budget, manages media relations, creates written and visual content for social media and coordinates donor-cultivation activities.- Manages IT, coordinates remote work, ensures compliance with foundation policies, identifies and resolves operations problems.- Supervises program and support staff, drafts operating budget and leads the staff to reach goals set for the different initiatives of the foundation.- Provides support to execute a +$14 million pesos fund-development plan; writes grants, inspires potential donors and creates sponsorships campaigns for events or programs.- Manages an $8M pesos grantmaking budget. Oversees partnerships with grantees, conducts organizational capacity assessments, writes and coordinates RFPs for grant-making activities of the foundation.- Designed and deployed the foundation’s response strategies upon the outbreak of COVID-19 and coordinated the creation and launch of the information hub www.juarezcovid19.com.

La Rodadora is one the largest children museums in Latin America. In collaboration with the Executive Director I was in charge of advancing strategic partnerships, a +50 million pesos annual fundraising plan and donor-engagement strategies. I was responsible of cultivating the organization's public and media relations; drafted speeches and press statements for the Executive Director and acted as spokesperson of her office and the organization.

La Rodadora is the largest and most important children museum of the Paso del Norte region (from New Mexico to Ciudad Juárez), it is also one of the largest in Latin America. For this exciting project I was privileged to be called on board before its inauguration to help with some of the fundraising activities, but mainly to structure the Operations deparment. A key element of the Operations department is the musem guides' program, a challenging and complex program that would recruit more than 500 college students every year to become RODIS (the special name for the museum guides).I coordinated the overall structure of this program and defined the Operations department processes. When the museum opened its doors I was in charge of the branding, administration and success of the RODIS program and supervised the general operation of the museum which every year serves more than 300,000 visitors.

New York City

I was invited by fashion designer Ricardo Seco to coordinate the production of his first Fall/Winter show at Fashion Week New York. I was in charge of supervising finances, sponsors, logistics, light, sound, seating and the overall image of the event, as well as coordination of the public relations firm hired for the event. I was responsible of the thorough revision of contracts and agreements with vendors and staff and organized international travel arrangements for high profile guests and celebrities invited to the show.

From 2004 to 2010 I volunteered at this organization. Arte en el Parque is a nonprofit dedicated to cultural promotion in Ciudad Juarez.In 2011 I was invited to coordinate its festivals and activities. I was in charge of 6 massive festivals, each with an average attendance of 3,000 people and over 100 exhibitors. Throughout this season I also organized smaller cultural events in the poorest neighborhoods in Juárez, benefitting more than 2,000 people.

This nonprofit is dedicated to the promotion of social leadership in Juárez. I started as a volunteer in 2004 and in 2008 applied for a position as Public Relations Coordinator.I was responsible of the planning of events for executives and business leaders in Juárez and in charge of the membership administration. In 2009 I was promoted to lead the youth programs. I was then responsible for their operation, administration, marketing and promotion, volunteer recruitment, and the outlining of strategies to increase their impact. In 2010 I was nominated for a National Award of the Universidad Valle de México for my leadership of these programs.
