- Engagement with candidates: accompany the candidate through the screening process, ensuring that they understand all requirements, providing guidance, advice, and solving any queries they may have.- Execution of all pre employment checks and referencing for all candidates joining GI and corporate positions, ensuring that all checks are satisfactory completed in the stablished timescales.- Liasing with RA and HM, ensuring that they are fully informed and updated on the progress of the screening.- Handling of large volume of very sensitive documentation, ensuring that is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security, in line with data protection policies.- As a financially regulated business, great attention to detail is essential to the fullfillment of my role.

Profiles from different technological environments: Microsoft, Java, Host, BI, Systems, Network, Security, Web Design.- Welcoming new employees, assessment, and contract termination.- Daily management of the HR Department: employee care, trouble shooting, attending employees' needs or issues, especially those involving company´s clients. Monitoring holiday periods, medical leaves, absences. Drafting of documents, such as certificates, reports, etc. In summary, all kind of administrative tasks.- Monthly monitoring of the deallocated workforce (staff temporary not asigned to any project).- Assisting the Training Manager and HSE Manager in their daily tasks (mostly, administrative tasks and paperwork). - Management of the HR Department daily tasks, in coordination with other departments and commercial team.- Documentation management for the accounting of governmental R+D programs (Plan Avanza y Programa INNPacto).

- Comprehensive management of the Recruitment process, from the profile definition according to customer needs, recruitment through diverse sources (different jobsites and databases, social networks, headhunting in competing companies...), personal and phone interviews, writing reports on every applicant, presenting the most accurate candidates to the costumer. Once the customer has interviewed the different candidates, negotiation of the salary package with the selected candidate.- Recruitment expertise in different business areas: Marketing and Media, IT (SW Development, Systems and Telco), Business and Finances, Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Agronomy, Aeronautics), Architecture and Design. Always searching for highly qualified applicants (specialists, middle management, executives).- Business Development: searching for potential costumers and telemarketing, presenting our services and arranging commercial dates for our commercial team.
