APIS is a Software Platform that enables multimodal transport and operational data to beintegrated into a single platform for the purpose of creating, distributing and presentinginformation.As the Lead Software Architect for the product’s new version, I’ve defined theoverall software architecture and product requirements. Vodafone M2M is the leading Connectivity Service Provider with a strong presence in automotive industry as in many others.As part of the new development team, I was responsible for writing technical requirements specifications, review high-level designs documents, participate in problem analyses resulting from new customer requirements, provide feedback on technical solutions and engage with software providers. In particular, I helped conceived the Audi’s connected car concept.

The solution built with Java/JEE, is deployed in Windows and Solaris operating systems and it’s backed by an Oracle relational database.I was responsible for writing and reviewing technical specifications; provide internal training, tuning the TNMS system, problem troubleshooting, designing and discussing technical solutions.Technologies: Java/EJB development; Windows and Solaris deployment; JBoss Application Server; Solaris Database; Windows Services (C++).

Logistic support to CCISEL .NET 2.0 trainning sessions, sponsored by Microsoft.CCISEL site creation, based on DotNetNuke framework and SQL Server.Gave support to laboratory classes of Programming disciplines, taught by CCISEL members.Implemented an automatic information extraction system from Microsoft Word documents to an SQL database. The collected information was meant to be added to an electronic file with the Computer Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering courses teachers as part of an accreditation process.
