Constant review of the data in order to validate the integrity and consistency of the database. Development of reports for different areas of the company. Manage the requirements of new projects in Argentina operation with the Database and Development Team of Mexico (Headquarters) ensuring the delivery of the same under established dates.At the moment working on several projects:- Migrating current CRM operation/process to a specialized CRM Platform (Engage Solutions Argentina) - Review for all DB process related to the Re-engineering Financial Project ( optimization of all process, developing new and accurate reports, data migration and checking integrity between old and new platforms)- Implementation of a BI platform for the Sales and Customer Client area (using SSIS + DW + SSAS Multidimensional / Tabular+ PowerBI Cloud Services and Desktop App), prioritizing the decrease of telephone cost and the increase of sales. Using BI tools to understand the business needs and to generate timely, accurate, high value and actionable data for the C- Level.

Part of Customer Experience department, who is in charge for the development, optimization and management of the different customer campaigns for DIRECTV Latin America, which includes a portfolio of more than 15 million clients across the region (Argentina, Caribe,Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Pto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela). Making constant analysis and validation for the data and ensuring that the ETL processes are effectively and properly attached according to the requirements of the team leaders and the business partners that make DIRECTV Latin America, all this through analytics tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Data Integration Studio.

Responsible for all the database instances of the company (+ 100 DBs distributed across the country) and validate that they meet the best practice level of security and performance for a SQL platform. Optimizing reporting area through the analysis, transformation and loading of the raw data aimed at facilitating decision-making by managers and top executives. As coordinator I take a more important responsibility by proposing and implementing operational solutions in the different areas of the company.Also taking regular meetings with application teams to achieve corporate milestones for database consolidation and data migration. Security, architectural and resource planning issues met as well as testing and training.Additionally during the implementation of a new ERP for the Corporation i worked with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 integration procedures (eConnect) specifically in the integration and loading of the data for the Inventory (Inventory Adjustment,Variance,Inventory Transfer, etc), SOP and Finance Modules and finally working the different transactions routines of those modulesTechnical Responsibilities:- Planning and validating the most important elements for a Database like Security access layer, Backup and Restore (Full, Differential and Log), Data Integrity, High Availability, Replication (Transactional and Subscription)- Performance Tuning and Query Optimization for stored procedures.- Monitoring production and process operation through scripts, Jobs, and SQL Mail alerts.- Administration and development of reports for every department in the Company (Subscription, Data Driven and Dynamic Reports);- Documentation of all process and DB related.- Responsible for implementing new operational automation process.- Review server specifications and made recommendations for overall infrastructure architecture.

I was in charge of the design, development and testing of a Web and Mobile Application builded to improve the whole sale force of the Green Spot Company, one of the most respected and antique bottler companies in Venezuela.This project was developed in the .NET Framework with Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008 and Windows Mobile 6.5. One of the main and strongest features of the Mobile app was the ability to switfly synchronize the data from the mobile (HTC) to the main servers, giving the possibilty to the users to improve their communications with their clients and easily manage the requested orders.Other features of this project, includes Validated Forms, Mainteinance Tables, Graphic Reports for the Sales department and the development of a data exchange interface management system with through Text Files
