Responsible for leading the development, growth, and operations of Symbria’s allied health division consisting of outpatient therapy rehabilitation agencies, home health therapy contracts and respiratory therapy services.

Co-Founder of PatientDox - a HIPAA compliant Accountable Document Exchange (ADE) SaaS platform specifically built for health care. Primarily responsible for growth and sales initiatives of the platform into home health agencies and health systems. Contributed into the product development process and commercialization road map.

Led all business development and key account management efforts in the US Southeast market with a focus on top tier in-patient rehab hospitals, out patient neuro-rehab centers, university hospital systems and research institutions; collaborate with various clinical partners to effectively integrate state of the art rehab technologies into rehab medicine practice within various levels of the continuum of care; report to and work in conjunction with Hocoma USA upper management team to plan, develop and execute the business development strategy for the Southeast US market.

Responsible for business development and sales of medical technology and rehab based clinical programs for rehab hospitals, long - term care centers, home health agencies and private medical practices. Focus on developing and executing sales strategy for various states and key accounts; work in conjunction with operations, clinical team and senior management to develop new growth initiatives, set forecast analysis, define regional budget and execute sales.

Managed ACP's clinical educational programs among various rehabilitation centers in the Midwest. Specialized in medical and operational consulting for hospitals, longer - term care facilities and private practices. Helped customers with the implementation of company’s key rehab programs such as Pain Management, Fall Prevention, Neuromuscular Re-education, Physical Agent Modalities, Contracture Management, Stroke Recovery and various others. Worked in conjunction with customers’ clinical and management team to effectively implement programs, improve patient outcomes, revenue, and ROI.

Founding member and president of out – patient based physical therapy centers in South Florida; responsible for all start up operations including funding / capitalization of company and overall business and growth strategies.
