Team Leader
CurrentSupervising the day-to-day operations of the recycling depot. The scope of the role includes active engagement and supervisory responsibility for the teams operating all the depot stations. It mandates the assurance of comprehensive support and training for team members across all dimensions of their duties, with the ultimate aim of facilitating secure, productive, safe and efficient depot operations that align with company Key Performance Indicators and Targets.Duties included:• Leading the team and acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day operational aspects of the depots, resolving issues as they occur.• Ensure all team members are developed and trained to undertake the full range of activities across depots and are competent to do so.• Ensure that all team members are onboarded and offboarded to the envirobank systems like slack bright safe and other systems required for them to do their role.• Develop work rosters for each depot to ensure depots are effectively resourced during depot operating hours at minimal cost and staying within the depot budgets.• Use internal system to ensure daily depot reports are completed, capturing hours, wages, container counts, commercials, RVM daily totals.
