I have been developing my career in the IT industry for over twenty years now. Initially, I focused on Linux systems administration and Open-Source Mail Servers/Anti-Spam/Antivirus solutions (I used to collaborate with the SpamAssassin project back in the day). Later, I mixed all that with HACMP Linux-based clusters (using OpenMosix and ROCKSClusters) as part of my undergraduate work for the Complex Systems Research Group at the INIFTA (http://www.complexsystems.com.ar). I have always believed that the best way to truly embrace knowledge is by teaching it, so for several years I worked as a LPI Instructor and article writer for a local IT magazine, focusing on Intrusion Detection/Ethical Hacking.Over the last 13 years I have been working for the Argentina IBM Global Delivery Center as a UNIX administrator, focusing on AIX and HACMP clusters.Now, a new pathway opens, into the SRE world. We are leading the digital transformation into a new way of understanding the infrastructure, the code, and how to engineer the problems away!My main goal is to excel myself not only as an IT professional, but in the human aspects of my work, every single day, trying to generate a co-operative environment as a basis for mutual growth.
