Senior Information Services Analyst
Current• Coordinate the 2nd level support on Fairtrade commercial transaction reporting to up to 6,000 Fairtrade certified companies worldwide. Fairtrade is a certification of sustainable agriculture and food industry.• Support the manager in team supervision and resource planning.• Provide expert support to other teams due to deep understanding of the complexity of Fairtrade agricultural supply chains.• Ensure fulfilling the business needs of FLOCERT and its Stakeholders. Conceptual work summarized in paper “Data quality assurance scope”.• Contribute to projects (as project manager or subject matter expert).• Data quality monitoring (dashboard KPIs) and data cleansing of the Fairtrade transaction database (including supply chain and volume and price information of agricultural commodities).• Data analysis including reports for top management.• Support in a wide range of Data Governance topics.• Responsible for the Fairtrade transaction reporting software (incl. system administration).• Single Point of Contact for the Fairtrace data source.• Specification and testing of software requirements and features.• Received the Special Excellence Award (2017).• Repeatedly recognized for top performance through fast-track promotions.
