My professional career has primarily focused on the financial sector with significant exposure to business.I began my professional career at PwC, where I audited companies in the financial sector such as fund managers, venture capital entities, asset securitization managers, and major international banks. During 4 years as an auditor, I managed and planned audit teams, consolidated financial statements for group companies, and prepared reports for various PwC offices.I continued my career in PwC's M&A department as responsible for the search and analysis of potential investments for funds. During those years, I advised banks and investors on the acquisition of debt portfolios, preparing Teasers, Information Memorandums, and setting up the VDR for DD. I also analysed various investment strategies, developed valuation models, and coordinated investment opportunities, advising on acquisitions valued at 800 million euros.It was then when I decided to start an MBA at IE Business School to strengthen my knowledge in business analysis, valuation, and management.Then I joined the Asset Management Department at Copernicus Servicing, a debt portfolio management company for funds. During those years, I managed 3 debt portfolios amounting to 1.3 billion euros, establishing strategies tailored to each asset's situation for business plan development, managing and reporting KPIs to investors, analysing deviations, and assessing each asset to determine the best exit strategy to increase investor returns.I continued my career at Eneas Alternative Investments, a Private Equity fund manager, where I led the Investment Department. My main tasks included coordinating the entire investment process from opportunity identification through Due Diligence to company acquisition. The fund's investment strategy focused on Spanish SMEs with EBITDAs of around 3 million euros. We raised 20 million euros and invested in 3 companies.The last company I worked for is Aquila Capital, a German Real Estate fund manager. Over the past 6 years, I have been responsible for monitoring and reporting to investors on projects, coordinating project liquidity, analysing KPIs for investors, and reporting key financial ratios and returns for each project.
