• Created, placed and managed up to 150 POs daily, ensuring part numbers and pricing were correct. Kept customer up to date on any and all back orders.
• Posted freight charges to wokorders after receiving POs in Irium.
• Provided tracking information for orders and issued RMAs for part returns.
• Reconciled POVs with accounting
• Placed special orders to meet demands from the consignment group. Kept track of orders and provided any necessary back order information to Parts Consignment group as well as Customer Development reps.
