- Design and create curriculum for different courses provided for a 9-month certificate program in WA State. Subjects taught, Pharmacology, Pharmacy Law, HIV education, Pharmacy orientation. - Provide lectures to active student audience to ensure they successfully pass course to graduate.

- Provide healthcare management for patients with complex disease states (HIV, Oncology, Transplant) while providing the highest quality of customer service. - Collaborates with other healthcare professionals including providers, social workers and advocacy groups to optimize patient outcomes and ensure patient's access to care. - Performs pharmacist duties which include DUR, Dispensing, counseling, prescription verification, third party assistance, immunizations, MTM and all pertinent documentation filing all while working under State and Federal requirements.

- Provide healthcare management for patients with complex disease states (HIV, Oncology, Transplant) while providing the highest quality of customer service. - Performs pharmacist duties, which include DUR, Dispensing, counseling, prescription verification, third party assistance, immunizations, MTM all while working under State and Federal requirements as well as accreditation entities such as URAC. - Manages pharmacy staff at a established URAC Accredited Local Specialty Pharmacy with over 1200 patients and an average gross profit of 6 Million Dollars a month. Supervises a team of 20 staff, which includes pharmacist, technicians and pharmacy interns. Ensures that patient's orders are completed in an efficient and timely manner and delivered to six different states. - Create relations with providers and advocacy groups in the coverage area to ensure that new referrals continue to arrive. This includes but is not limited to office visits, phone calls, assisting with Prior Authorizations and patient management. - Do outreach to local community and provide information about specific topics that help educate patient. - Work closely with Register Store Manager on Site to ensure that monthly quotas are being met and that the business continues to grow.
