In my role as Competition Advocacy and Promotion Lawyer at Pro-Competition, I have been responsible for analyzing legal instruments and draft regulations with content that could negatively impact free competition. I have prepared reports, opinions and recommendations before the Board of Directors of PRO-COMPETENCIA on findings, from the perspective of competition advocacy, in investigations, studies and monitoring carried out on legislative agendas, public consultations and particular requirements under my charge. Furthermore, I have participated in actions to promote knowledge of competition policy in the Dominican Republic, the content of Law 42-08 and the functions of the institution throughout the national territory. These activities range from continuous training (workshops, talks and meetings), development of institutional inputs (guides, manuals, etc.) and attention and guidance to users through the different service channels of the institution.

In the exercise of my functions, I was responsible for coordinating, organizing and processing requests for access to public information, following up on said requests, updating the information in the Transparency Sub Portal, proposing internal procedures, preparing statistics, and guiding the applicants and refer them to other institutions in the event that the information requested is not the competence of the institution.

As a producer and host of digital content at "LA NÓMINA", my main function is to create and develop quality content that attracts and retains the audience on the different distribution platforms and social networks. I work on the planning, production, and editing of each episode, making sure the content is relevant, engaging, and in line with the brand's goals. In addition, I am in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with guests, experts and sponsors, coordinating participation and dissemination on social networks. I am also in charge of promoting the podcast on the different platforms and social networks, managing and supervising the interaction with the audience and measuring results.
