Initially in a very junior way, as an accounting assistant where I carried out reinsurance account balances until little by little I was holding positions of greater responsibility for reinsurance tasks within high-level organizations, until today being a specialist broker focused on placement complex risks, account management and customer advice. Starting from the ground up in the insurance world has allowed me to understand the core of the business, as well as develop negotiation, commercial and analytical skills required to grow professionally in the industry.I hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Auditing Engineering from Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil.In my spare time, I enjoy to practice tennis, enjoy a good movie or a good soccer match, or spend time with my family and pets.
