• Collaborate with recruiting team members and field partners to creatively research, identify and engage candidates in assigned regions based on role requirements• Partner with stakeholders to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and process management• Identify and network with candidates and active job seekers through creative recruiting strategies including the use of job boards, social networking, resume databases, alumni networks, and other creative approaches to sourcing• Develop sourcing strategies and best practices by building and maintaining working knowledge of the market, including key competitors, and talent supply and demand• Utilize various talent sourcing platforms (ICIMS, Indeed, CareerBuilder) to attract potential candidates for employment in hourly roles within the organization.• Interact with candidates via email and phone as a brand ambassador, answering questions regarding roles offered in the organization.• Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to collaborate on the best strategies to fill various roles.• Provide deliverables to stakeholders, including candidate resumes, overall outreach totals and reporting data across sourcing and advertisement platforms.
