Involved in several projects for renowned international companies within the energy sector. Working directly with clients performing both customer relation and technical tasks (System design, firmware development and testing). Some of my achievements and responsibilities were:+ Owned project for a new client to provide support and maintenance for an existing product.+ Worked on the design (use cases, features) and development of a new product (industrial fume extraction systems)+ Responsible to develop, execute and manage a test plan for firmware on a new product (energy monitor)+ Provided training workshops to new hires about technologies that we used (i.e. Zigbee protocol)

- Reached an average positive result of 95% from customer feedback at technical support when assessing empathy, technical expertise and service time. - Selected to train new and former team members to improve methods and practices.

System set-up and RF assistant during the recording of the talent TV show 'Pequeños Gigantes'

SBA is one of the major companies offering professional broadcast solutions and live performance support. During my internship I learnt about different sound and RF systems as well as I developed warehouse tasks. I also participated in several TV shows projects and studio tasks.Besides, I learnt about the importance of team work and how to rapidly deal with unexpected troubles. It definitely was such a rewarding and useful experience.
