Plastic part modifications included addition of U cuts, ribs, screw bosses, reshaping until approval. Creation and modification of 3D models from sketches. Working with senior engineers on Cost Down activities resulting in $2,000,000 manufacturing costs savings; these savings were achieved by new resin evaluation and implementation.
