Main functions covering Latin america customers/partners were: Architect solutions that involve hardware, software and services, in public, private and hybrid cloud environments. Work closely with sales as a consultant to understand prospect’s technical needs related to a specific market or specific product. Perform consultative selling of optimum support and system solutions. Manage and evolve a comprehensive technology collaboration and support. Provide technical consultation/education to the Sales team and keep them apprised on new product information. Lead value-based, pre-sales engagements direct or together with Partners. Participate in customer evaluations and proof of concepts for deploying test systems. Plan, conduct and direct projects to support sales efforts and address future customer needs. Lead and/or make significant contributions in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Work with multiple extended teams within NetApp to deliver successful outcomes for the business. Execute effectively on multiple parallel engagements (SMB and Enterprise accounts) Run proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demos (onsite and remote) to demonstrate the value of our solutions Evangelize about all new product features and fixes. Work with partner in support technical tasks, like design review, training, etc.

Professional Service Engineer covering customers around Latin America.Main functions were:Develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. Some responsibilities included client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities included problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Some project management activities included interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. Participated in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identified additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
