As Anthropologist, Project Manager I have different field experiences in development management: water and sanitation, HIV/AIDS prevention, food security, forestation, housing, education quality improvement (training and construction), inclusion in education, medical assistance, social inclusion for vulnerable people and persons with disabilities, vocational training, and fundraising. I have professional knowledge about problems regarding development. As Project Manager and Head of Mission, I always assured the correct management, administration, and the management of international and local human resources of the Project and offices assigned to me. I have also worked several times with different NGOs as founder, member, and consultant and I have engaged in government offices teams related to social assistance and development (health and economy).In my experience, I used to meet European Union, Italian Cooperation, UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, FAO, UNFPA, UNDP, WFP, and other important agencies working in development as well as local's authorities in the countries I have worked: Argentina, Italy, Rwanda, Albania, Republic of Congo, Palestine, Israel, Niger, and the Central African Republic. In the last six countries, I was Head of Mission.I am not a specialist, and I consider myself more than a generalist (not necessarily experts in any one sector, bring the ability to effectively manage and implement development projects, honing their expertise in operations, finance and donor regulations), I am an integrator that means that I can understand multiple specialties and how they impact each other and excels in fostering collaboration between various stakeholders who may not be accustomed to working together, like government, private sector, and civil society.
