• In the wake of a downturn and subsequent reorganization, I was asked to manage two formerly siloed departments now combined under one. • I became responsible for the strategic leadership and development of the contracting strategy which by year end saw ~98% of Schlumberger Canada's spend secured via contract with over $40MM (USD) earned in cost savings.• I acted as primary interface for operations management representing fourteen (14) separate sub-segments and had the pleasure to work with seven (7) different financial controllers; each with their own unique requirements from a tactical & strategic view.• Successfully introduced & integrated procurement, strategic sourcing & contract management into large acquired companies (i.e., MI Swaco, SMITH International, Pathfinder, LONKAR). This included setting contracts with all acquired suppliers post rationalization.

• Appointed to assist with business development of Schlumberger Canada's Indigenous 3rd party supplier base as well as Progressive Aboriginal Recognition (PAR) certification from the Canadian Council For Aboriginal Business (CCAB).• Efforts eventually led to the recognition of SLB as an Aboriginal Procurement Champion (see attached).

• Assumed the supplementary role as North American manager for the global projectwhich focused on the reorganization & centralization of the procurement workforce which led to increased efficiencies and cost reductions (PO processing costs reduced by an estimated $80 per transaction).• As the project manager I was directly responsible for (but not limited to) the management of seventeen (17) GeoMarket champions (local level support staff), determining, assigning and training of the field retain staff who will fill a new roles with in the structure (i.e. as they moved from transactional to strategic), detailed communication to key stakeholders in each business line supported throughout North America (i.e., Change Management) and the gathering and analysis of key location processes & practices with the ultimate responsibility of streamlining each into the new centralized model.

• Assumed the responsibility of Supply Chain Manager for the largest global oilfield services company with emphasis on securing and streamlining vendor base for over six (6) districts and multiple business lines through the use of RFx events, negotiation and contract securement / management.• Over $8MM (USD) personally saved whilst in my inaugural position.• Was considered an integral member of the sole Oil & Gas supply chain recognized in Gartner's Top 25 of 2009.
