I am Assistant Professor of Public Law at NOVA School of Law - NOVA University Lisbon, and Of Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice of leading law firm PLMJ (Lisbon, Portugal).I hold a LL.M. from the Yale Law School (2019), PhD in Public Law from the University of Lisbon (2016), and LL.B. from the Portuguese Catholic University (2010). I regularly collaborate in providing legal advice to both private and public companies. In private practice, my work focuses on domestic and international arbitration, as well as discreet issues of administrative and constitutional law. Academically, my research explores transnational challenges to constitutional and administrative law, arbitration and sociology of law. Besides research awards, my works have been cited by courts in Portugal (including the Portuguese Supreme Court of Justice), as well as by other researchers of Lusophone countries.I am able to communicate in Portuguese, English, German and Spanish.
