Founder and CTO of Stealth AI Startup. Previously, VP of AI and Technical Advisor to Kevin Scott (CTO of Microsoft). I coordinated cross-company AI strategy at the intersection of research, engineering, and products. We, together with OpenAI, trained the best and largest AI models in the world through world-class infrastructure and state-of-the art systems software. We productized these models into our products, and made them available through the Azure cloud, to enable a myriad of disruptive capabilities.Before that I worked on the launch of Azure database services and led the high availability area of SQL Server. Each of these are $1B+ dollar businesses today.I'm a Technical Product Leader with 20 years of experience in the software industry, defining product and technical strategy, leading teams through execution, and launching or scaling products and services. I have expertise in database, distributed systems, and artificial intelligence, and hold a PhD in Computer Science (a mix of Database and Distributed Systems) from the University of Cambridge.
