I am an experienced Turnaround Management and Restructuring professional specialized in middle-market Industrial special situation companies in Southern Europe. My management experience began in 1978-1991 at TLC Beatrice Foods in NYC, followed by a decade overseeing the special situation of a food service company production, YOSI. From that moment, Luis immersed himself in Turnaround & Restructuring activities with prominent companies, including:- CACAOLAT (owned by CocaCola and Damm Beer Spain) 1,1B€ company. 2012-TROQUELERIA DOVER (Automotive Die Technology) 2009-2011- MECANOTUBO (Engineering for Bridge Construction) 2013-2016- MOPAVID (glass packaging manufacturing molds industry) share control. 2019I served as a board member at Figueres Seating Solutions from ABAC Capital Partners PE Fund 300m€ (former APAX team) from 2016 to 2021.In addition, I have worked as an operating partner and senior advisor with Rothschild Bank since 1999. Additionally, since 2016, I have been associated with Clairfield International Corporate Finance in M&A.In terms of education, I pursued Business Administration at Barcelona University (1980–1984), completed a Postgraduate Program in Corporate Finance at NYU /1987-1989), and participated in the PADE program at IESE Business School Barcelona 2001.
