Mentoring and giving career guidance to up-and-coming artists and industry professionals in the entertainment industry. This includes artistic feedback, portfolio reviews, resume reviews, development plans, follow ups, and answering questions about our industry.

At Wildlife, in the past few years, I was actively involved in recruiting over 80 people for the Game Art department. I was responsible for the full cycle of recruiting for all positions in São Paulo (60+) and acted in a supporting role for 15+ international hires. The Game Art department encompasses all hands-on creative disciplines (12+) plus supporting overhead like Outsourcing Management, Art Recruiting, Art Production, and Art Managers.After June 2021, I've started managing a team of two recruiters, first on a Lead role and later as a manager. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent with a dotted line to the Studio Art Director, I'm part of the product leadership helping make staffing decisions as well as influencing processes, talent development, and training for the Creative expertise.

Inside Brushwork Atelier, I've created a virtual atelier to discuss art and specially perspective drawing. There I've taught the latter to more than 150 students in 4 years of teaching.- Curate the best instructional books to serve as textbooks for the course. Structure, script, prepare, record and edit more than 50 hours of instructional content.- Manage the community of students and give weekly feedback through live streams and/or recording.

As the founder and sole content creator in this project, I've managed to grow the portal into one of the most reliable sources for up-and-coming 2D and 3D artists in Brazil. My main responsibilities were:- Structuring, writing and copy editing blog posts. Scripting, recording and editing videos for the Youtube Channel.- Curate the best content about art and education available in the internet and make it digestible for non-English speakers.- Manage a community of thousands interacting with the content monthly.

As a contract sourcer for the Game Art Department, my main activities were:- Identify the best Brazilian talents in both 2D and 3D expertises, including both character and environment concept art, illustration, and character and hard-surface modelling.- Develop relationship with the hiring managers, understanding needs and translating them into a improvements to the sourcing strategy.- Reach out to candidates and conduct initial recruiter screen and selling.- Follow up on the recruiting process and assist in ad-hoc needs.

As a generalist 2D artist working in small teams, I've helped the development of games for both educational and commercial purposes. My main activities were: - Generate visual solutions for the games, including concept art for props, environments and characters, marketing illustration and game assets.- Assess and suggest improvements on the pipeline and how to improve interactions between different parts of the development process.

Transitioned from an engineer and marketing analyst into a creative career.

I've worked inside the bank's Marketing ROI optimisation team, with client areas ranging from all sorts of business needs and different medias. Activities included:- Assessment of the ROI pipeline implemented by McKinsey & Company. That included reviewing the available documentation, process analysis, tools assessment, alignment with client areas and restructuring the whole pipeline of deliverables.- Own the marketing funnel analysis and contribute on the other two main pillars of ROI management in the methodology, cost per impact and sponsorship assessment.- KPI definition, tracking and management, compiling and presenting results to executives and continuous improvement of the methodologies used.- Adjust analysis and actions to a wide range of client areas, both digital and offline, with different dynamics and expectations. Maintain flexibility both in approach methods, solutions and how to present results.

I was part of the Accenture Interactive team, a Marketing and Digital solutions area. Main activities included:- Gathering of data and analysis of internal processes to conform the expected goals of the project.- Assessment of the data streams and alignment between stakeholders from a wide range of different backgrounds.- Compiling, analysing, consolidating and presenting the findings to stakeholders, including executives from the client.
