Also advised multiple pharma, biotech, Dx companies and well as government bodies on their testing strategy, as well as market access and reimbursement for diagnostics.I managed the whole operation of the company, with a workforce up to 15 FTEs and leading to a cumulated sales growth of over 175% CAGR during my track period.
