    Accountable for managing the IT development team, focused on people development and facilitation of new solutions, through direct participation in the adoption of the new company’s culture in it’s agile transformation, using the Scrum Framework. Also accountable for establishing and maintaining expectations between the business and IT team, seeking to eliminate boundaries between them.As leader of the development team, I was accountable for 15 parallel projects this year 2019, with budget of around 10MM/year. My mission was to manage these projects with the team, acting close to the Scrum Masters in the process steps (daily, review and retrospective meetings), establishing and maintaining metrics for monitoring the releases.I was leading the CRM development team for the Siebel Loyalty Program and also migrating this solution to the Salesforce Platform before. This challenge was to review all the technology stack of integration solutions (using TIBCO EMS and Microsoft SSIS), providing traceability and reliability to them. We achieved over 80% in NPS Hire Process Key Result.Over 2 years I was at the head of the Software Engineering Team. The challenge was establish and implement agile metodologies and practices in the development process. With the deployed practices, we obtained over 75% of productivity in the development process.Over 2 years I wat at the head of the Analytical Solutions Team, focused on Business Intelligence, using SAP Business Objects and TIBCO Spotfire. Our team implemented the Fleet Plan solution, that was used by the fleet intelligence team, all over the country. We also implemented the Self Service BI concept, bringing more autonomy and agility to the business team.
