About Luiz Miranda
My name is Luiz, and I am a partner at the startup NavarraTech, where we develop data and innovation solutions for the energy industry. I also work as a consultant at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brasília, developing the energy transition pillar of the Ecological Transformation Plan. Additionally, I founded a Communication HUB called EnergyC, which connects young people and companies in the energy industry, focusing on diversity and inclusion.My journey so far has involved working in various innovation environments across Brazil and in the National Congress, contributing to regulatory agendas aimed at the development of the Brazilian energy sector. I chose to walk the path of innovation in the energy sector because I believe it is essential for the energy transition and a sustainable future. I served as the vice-coordinator of the 1st innovation HUB in the Northeast Region, UmBUH, in Campina Grande, linked to INSA, a research unit of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation.Currently, my work involves developing corporate challenges for the application of regulated innovation resources in projects that bring economic, financial, or socio-environmental returns. We seek to map technological routes that drive innovation in the country. At EnergyC, we develop leadership programs, training more than 300 young people for the job market.What fascinates me most about this work is being part of the transformation of the future.And in 5 years, I aim to be in leadership positions in public authorities, driving the development of SDG 7 in Brazil. My goal is to contribute more and more to the advancement and sustainability of the energy sector.Thank you for accompanying me on this journey!
