Review of all BU LaFonte product structures in the Datasul ERP resulting in a reduction in the BOM and BOP problems, which generated distortions in the cost of products and inventory holes that were in the order of R$ 3M / year.

My main challenge in this role was to transfer the product engineering from a century-old company that is La Fonte, from São Paulo to Salvador, forming a totally new team. We experienced several obstacles that presented themselves in the form of very analogous and bureaucratic processes, the lack of interaction between the factory floor and engineering that resulted in many disconnections between product and project.As main results I can highlight some intangibles such as the improvement of the bilateral information flow between engineering and the factory floor and the thawing of proposals for product improvement proposed by the production in order to streamline, simplify and give more robustness to the production processes.
