Coordinated Savings activities through VA-VE and Kaizen.Main Results: Overcoming the projected goal of the last 5 years, reaching Break Even in February 2020 through strategic planning and the unfolding of actions that consisted in the identification of problems, execution a design of possible solutions, working in 3 fronts, generating continuous efforts from all areas of the company, resulting in achieving success within the estimated deadlines. Review of all BU LaFonte product structures in the Datasul ERP resulting in a reduction in the BOM and BOP problems, which generated distortions in the cost of products and inventory holes that were in the order of R$ 3M / year.

My main challenge in this role was to transfer the product engineering from a century-old company that is La Fonte, from São Paulo to Salvador, forming a totally new team. We experienced several obstacles that presented themselves in the form of very analogous and bureaucratic processes, the lack of interaction between the factory floor and engineering that resulted in many disconnections between product and project.As main results I can highlight some intangibles such as the improvement of the bilateral information flow between engineering and the factory floor and the thawing of proposals for product improvement proposed by the production in order to streamline, simplify and give more robustness to the production processes.

As result we increased confidence in the Engineering data and an increase in the speed of projects of around 25%.> Design of the Soprano Smart Lock with national manufacture. Techical management of this open inovation project being responsible for benchmarking, definition of product features, mechanical design and design. At its launch, the product had the best technologies and unique resources in the country until today, through the development of a new locking mechanism, more cheaper and able to be assembled automatically.
