I have a passion for people and I really care about getting people to see what they are capable of achieving with their lives. I have always felt the need to try to make a difference to peoples lives at work. We spend most our time working and why should we not make it an enjoyable experience. "I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again." I came across this quote by Stephen Grellet many years ago, and it formed how I approach life.I started my career journey equipped with a BA National Diploma and worked as a personal assistant in the legal and investment banking industry. I studied and completed my BCom degree while working. I then moved into the HR field while completing my honours degree. I then realised that I could add so much more value if I consulted and decided to take a leap of faith and open my own consulting company. It is client and environment specific, I believe in relationships with clients and do not believe in a "quick fix" of going into an organisation, making recommendations and leaving.
