Dr. Luiza Schuch de Azambuja is a researcher at the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities, Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia.Her previous education includes two Bachelor degrees and a Master in Social Sciences. The Bachelors are in Business Administration - major in IT Management, at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS, Brazil, and Bachelor in Archives Management at UFRGS - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In 2017 Luiza moved to Europe as she was awarded a Erasmus+ full scholarship for the 2-years Joint Master Programme in Public Sector Innovation and e-Governance (PIONEER). Due to the Joint Master, from 2017-2019 she lived in four different European countries and had the chance to study in three recognized universities: KU Leuven (Belgium), Munster University (Germany), and Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia). During the fourth semester of the master she did an internship in a Smart City project (CAP4CITY project) at Krems an Donau University (Austria). Dr. Azambuja has more than 10 years of work experience, including 6 years at Dell Computers (2008-2014) in positions as Change Manager, Configuration Manager and Business Analyst, and more than one year of e-gov project management in a R&D Smart City project with PUCRS and Huawei (2015-2016) in Brazil. Since 2019 she is working as a researcher in Tallinn, Estonia. - Research interest: Smart Sustainable City Governance, e-governance- Strong background in ITIL methodologies including: Event Management, Configuration Management CMDB, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management.- Task oriented, organised, and self-motivated to deliver excellent customer service- Strong organisational skills and personal effectiveness - Rigorous attention to detail- Excellent documentation skills- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
