Duties include: Filing and alphabetizing documents, handling checks and dealing with customers.

All duties related to resident assistant such as being available for residents for questions and concerns as well as emotional support. Handling minor concerns and issues as well as connecting residents with campus resources. Doing rounds and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all students.

Customer services such as: taking phone calls, pricing information, running payments, sending invoices. Organizing shop and documents, cleaning, printing, cutting and producing an array of different signage such as banners, ADA signs, yard signs, decals, light boxes etc.
