As the only designer on the DS team, I am responsible for:> Evolution and maintenance of Motriz, a whitelabel, multi-brand & multi-platform design system in collaboration with engineering, design and product teams.> Creation and maintenance of component libraries (UI Kits) for the brands Centauro, Nike, NWB, Spoint, Social Commerce, FitDance, Studio78 and GrupoSBF (internal products of the holding company).> Creation of the design of more than 20 multi-brand components with the most up-to-date Figma variants and configurations, facilitating customization and application in interfaces.> Coordination of the construction and maintenance of design tokens at 3 levels (core, semantic and component), enabling scalability and theming of the group's products.> Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation for each brand, with guidelines for use and accessibility of components.> Definition of component creation processes, governance and collaboration guides with designers.> Conducting critiques, research and qualitative & quantitative interviews with users for continuous improvement of the system.> Task management, OKRs and definition and monitoring of the product Roadmap.> Monitoring the use of libraries and documentation via Figma Analytics, Google Analytics and Hotjar.> Adaptation of Nike and Spoint app interfaces to the Design System.> Carrying out mentoring, workshops and consultations to improve the skills of the team's designers.
