I Have implemented projects such as Kanban, Energy Efficiency, New third suppliers, productivity improvement and others that have reached excellent results for the Company. In 2014 We received The spotlight aware of Whirlpool Latin America about sustainability among 56 projects for Reduction of packaging by card box.Since 2010, January I am in charge of Production area where we have about 1200 different items such as valve springs, clutch springs , suspension springs and a others metallic parts of supporting about 75 customers, including automotive assembling, Electronic and White line companies in Brazil. Industrial Manager after April,2016 untill the moment working in productivity and safety projects, support for Lean manufacturing , Automation program and New products introduction.

In charge of all operations in Mechanical division: cut of plates by punching and laser machines,third supplies, bending , drilling, Welding , finishing , painting and assembling áreas, including process Engineering, maintenance, tools shop and schedulling . ( Team has reached 480 employees) .In Mexico, 2007 in charge of Soft tool area - approximately 100 employees.
