I am passionate for developing software and that is what I've been doing since college. During this time I have had the opportunity to work in many roles all of them related to deliver world-class software to solve many different problems like scalability, performance. I had the opportunity to lead different teams in Brazil and later I also led remote teams distributed in different countries and timezones.I have strong technical skills and I love being part of development team. I perform best acting as a team lead / architect. I am able to manage the whole engineering team management cycle: hiring, training and managing developers and QA’s. I have the ability to understand high level business requirements and transform them into a solid roadmap. Then I organize the team to achieve the roadmap milestones on time and on budget. Later in my career I could work as director and VP. It is awesome experience but I always work very closer to developers and QA’s. I am always involved in technical decisions and I am responsible for the deliveries.
